Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something does not work out, we are happy to help make it right. Returns are simple and free for customers located within the 48 contiguous United States.

 

Return Window

You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at shoptylerdean@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item or items you would like to return
  • Photo of the item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we will review it and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is approved. Please note, items that are returned without an RMA number may experience delays in processing.

 

Return Shipping

After your return is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label. You will have 7 days to ship the item back after the return label is issued.

 

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the return and begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item(s), though your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

     

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items can not be worn, damaged, or altered
    • The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
    • The item must be shipped back within 7 days after the return label is issued


    Free Return Label Coverage

    A free return labels are available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we are unable to provide free return labels for Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.
